The divided nature of modern xtianity is conclusive proof that almost all of it is false [since it cannot be that the holy spirit of God is divided in the way religion of men is] ... but of course Judaism is divided in much the same way ...

Men have been warned against changing the words of God in any way, yet this has happened, in both xtiaity and Judaism [although less so , and more subtly in the latter]

The irony of course is that scripture prophesies this falling away of religion, yet men still grasp at man-made words in preference to waiting upon God for the promised answers to ALL men [eventually, but clearly not before the death of most]

Both OT and NT contain contradictions [even in facts about counted numbers and names of objects and people which are hardly subject to ambiguity or interpretation] , the biggest mess being the 'gospels' [perhaps partly explainable by their not being written down for decades and being sifted through diverse cultures] ...

One can hardly either trust the 'bible' as a whole since its formation is arbitrarily based ,each book must stand or fall separately as being scripture or not ... and since the 'books' of the 'canon' are themselves witness of some twenty other 'books' , clearly the canon does not completely encompass all scripture anyway.

What we have in religion is then already mostly corrupt teachings of men revered above the words of God [now somewhat changed by men - as is supposedly prophesied must happen 2 Thessalonians 2:3 ] , what we do not yet have en masse is the promise of God to give all truth to all [Joel 2:28] , God is not even teaching most men that He will take but a remnant of Israel first to be His priests and kings who administer the kingdom on earth , yet it is said in the new covenant itself that only the House of Judah and House of Israel may be forgiven [Jer 31:31-34] ... even the Jews mostly do not yet acknowledge the lost nation, the House of Israel , who still follow other gods, not Judaism , yet the messiah has to unite Israel's two houses first :-

Deuteronomy 28:36 The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.

Ezekiel 37:22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:

Above all then, this is NOT the time for many to understand YHWH , nor will most obey Him , simply because He will not teach men en masse yet , he does not require many for priests and kings, only a few for now [and Revelation 7:9-10 indicates that the many are redeemed later, if one accepts it , yet no religion teaches this precept of staged redemption , however logical it is to prepare a perfected priesthood of kings first]

Men just will not wait for God to teach Himself whom He will, as He has seemingly promised , yet God can be trusted to do all things in due course , even saints and prophets thus need patience in God ,something lacking in man-made religion :-

Jer 31:31 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more...

The point then for this thread is that one can neither prove nor disprove at this time who is the messiah, nor does it matter, but one can use the scripture that men say they believe in to prove that they are mistaken about what it says , and one can show that almost all religion is false according to its own stated beliefs ...

Why? ... because men live in denial, like a veil over the truth within , and that is our lot , that is what God requires of mankind ... yet the truth within is eventually our salvation because the veil can be removed [by God , when at last He pours out His spirit on all flesh] , and so men will recognise within that God has shown us the truth ,and that religion of men was simply a long-standing traditional mistake, a bad habit ...
